Texarkana approves Arkansas' First Medicinal Cannabis Regs
On Monday, The City of Texarkana
approved business license fees and zoning regulations for dispensaries and medical cannabis growers, making the city the first municipality in Arkansas to grant formal approval of local rules that will govern medical cannabis companies that operate within its borders.
This approval sets the stage for the rest of the state to follow suit.
