Russian Tail Attempts to Wag Canadian Dog. Hilarity Ensues.

The Motherland has now spoken: Canada is officially naughty.

[What is it, Kick the Canadians Season?]

The paragon of morality believes that Canada has violated its United Nations treaty obligations.

[Say again? I got a case of the giggles...]

Russia says Canada should be ashamed of itself.

The country that illegally invaded The Crimea just a few years ago has said Canada is a member of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs and should behave that way.

The country that dropped the Iron Curtain around all of Eastern Europe said "nyet to weed, comrades."

{Do they talk like that anymore?]

"Ambassador Mikhail Ulyanov, the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the International Organizations in Vienna, says that the freshly minted Cannabis Act violates several United Nation’s treaty obligations."

"We call upon our Canadian counterparts to return to the fold of the international law..."

The Government of Canada has not responded as of publication.

[Bwa ha ha ha ha ha...]
